The Transpac IV disposable pressure transducer is designed to interface with a compatible fluid-filled vascular monitoring system and electronic patient monitor. It converts physiologic pressure changes transmitted through the monitoring pathway into electrical signals that can be displayed as invasive blood pressure values and waveforms.

The integrated SafeSet reservoir supports blood conservation and controlled specimen collection from an established invasive monitoring line. Two blood sampling ports provide additional access flexibility for appropriate specimen collection procedures while helping reduce unnecessary disconnection of the primary monitoring pathway.
