The Level 1 esophageal/rectal temperature probes are indicated where continuous patient temperature monitoring is desired. The sensors are designed for insertion into the esophagus, nasopharynx, or rectum. Temperature probes provide feedback on the core patient temperature that clinicians use for providing the patient with proper and effective diagnosis and treatment.
